Ocean Front Condo with one bedroom and one bath. This fourth-floor unit has a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living area and the lanai, creating a large open living space. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. The bedroom has a King bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four people. Enjoy amazing ocean views and Maui sunsets from the Lanai of this unit.

It was a lovely condo with a beautiful view. It appeared well kept and appreciated some of the extras left in kitchen. The washing machine was a bit “off”. It wouldn’t let us choose cold water and it didn’t want to fill. I think the dryer needs a vent clean (in the back. We have been to Sugar Beach before and would choose it again.

We booked at the last minute as a celebration of our 30th anniversary and arrived late at night. We found it easily, but didn't know which building we were in. I think one building is even-numbers the other odd. Signage might help with that, but we found our unit quickly and entered with the code. It was a breeze.
The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We bought a weeks worth of groceries and felt very at home. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been to Sugar Beach many times and it is always wonderful! This unit needs some upkeep compared to others on the property we've rented before (furniture, shower etc.), but the location is worth the older building. We are already planning next year's trip!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in #425 on Sugar Beach. We love everything about this view & location. Dinas Sandwich is so good (potato salad is the best) and we love that you can walk to the ABC Store & Ulalains.

The Sugar Beach property is very well maintained and clean. We have stayed in various condos at Sugar Beach for multiple decades and have enjoyed all of them. The beach, the pool and the views are second to none. Condo 425 has the same uncompromising view from the excellent lanai as any condo, but when inside relaxing things need some attention. The couch and chair have seen better days and need to be replaced. The carpet needs a good cleaning or replacement. Most of our time was spent on the lanai so these were not major concerns to us. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and worked properly.

The air conditioning system worked but did not efficiently cool our bedroom and our bathroom. The presence of room fans in the bedroom and living area indicated to us of a cooling issue. Also, there were no beach chairs to take to the beach. Plus the two small lights on either side of the bed did not work properly. They would not go on leaving us with only the vanity light to see. Our experience was great but could have been a little better with a few upgrades.

This was honestly the best vacation we have ever had. Sugar Beach offers everything. We loved this condo and the area overall. Dina's Sandwitch was so good, the rental shop had great prices, Shaved Ice and ABC around the corner. The condo was very clean (I use to clean hotel rooms so trust me), the kitchen had everything we needed and everyone was so kind and helpful. We will be back!! Mahalo! xoxo

The perfect setting for a relaxing beach vacation. Sugar Beach Resorts has a great community feel and all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation experience. Many guests return here because of that and a re a great source of information for those who are visiting for the first time. The condo itself has one of the best views of the beach, ocean and daily sunsets. Inside space is small for a family but perfect for a single or couple. It's equipped with everything you need, including beach towels, beach chair, small cooler for day trips and so on. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing vacation.
