Description

Ocean views from this second floor condo are sure to be a sight you'll never forget. Rattan furnishings with Tropical accents adorn this unit to create an island feel perfectly fitting for your Maui vacation. Your view from the living space balcony could compel you to never leave your unit for the duration of your stay.

The master bedroom is located in the loft and has a king bed and a full bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom is located on the main floor and has two (2) twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to six (6) people. There are two private lanai's, one off of the living room and a smaller one located off of the loft bedroom. The living area has a comfy couch and two armchairs for the whole family to be comfortable while watching some television or maybe enjoying some quality conversation.

Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex, featuring low-rise, low-density, townhome-style condos, set on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific. The gardens and lush landscaping are a true tropical paradise. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests' use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have elevator use for their guests and there will be a flight of stairs if you are in a second-story unit.

Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches and shops. Some of the recommended restaurants include Sarentos on the Beach, Cafe O Lei, and 808 Deli. Kihei Kalama Village is a shopping center 5 minutes away and has an open-air market and a spot for a favorite Hawaiian treat- Shaved ice. There is also a Foodland (grocery store) a couple of steps down from Kihei Kalama Village. Furthermore, if you need any additional things for your condo throughout the duration of your stay you can venture to Piilani Shopping Center which is about 10 minutes away to Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and even the food court located in the same mall featuring Subway, Cold Stone Creamery. Some beaches in the area are Mai Poina Beach Park and Sugar Beach. Additional activities to enjoy are the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Tropical Plantation, or various Upcountry Maui opportunities such as the Lavender Farm, Ocean Vodka, or Zip Lining. We recommend renting a car, but alternative forms of transit include Airport Shuttles, Public buses, taxis, Uber and Lyft.

4 adults plus a baby enjoyed 5 days at our condo at Maui Kamaole. We loved the peaceful time spent on the porch with a wonderful ocean view. The beach and a wonderful grassy area are a short (3 minute) walk away. The condo unit itself was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. I had to call in for several "need help" questions to the condo reception number and they were always very courteous, professional, and quick to help me with my problem. We would recommend staying here to any and all friends and familly!

The unit I212 at Maui Kamaole was perfect for our family of 5. It was stocked well with all the items we needed for our stay. With the beach across the street, restaurants within walking distance and markets a 5 min drive made the location perfect.

We were 2 adults, 3 and 5 years old staying for 1 week in ocean view 2 bdrm after staying in a big condo building (over 100 units) in Kaanapali paying more than double at the first place. This property was superior in all aspect except a condition of the pools and proximity to beach. We were very satisfied with size of the room cleanness, view from lanai, quietness, response time from management company, availability of towels, linens, cooking tools and utensils, equipment and toys for brach etc. We found our favorite beach and drove there every day. Therefore that the pool felt like only welcoming adult and the proximity to the beach did not bother us much.

Condo was nice. Roomy and as expected. Grounds were well kept. Thank you for all of the beach accessories in the closet! We bought a nice beach umbrella, and left it for future guests, a must have. The fan in the lower bedroom has a few screws loose, so it make noise when running. And the Weber BBQ wouldn't seem to heat up over 250 degrees, making it tough to cook steak and fish. All else was very good.

The condo is on one of the nicest properties in Kihei! I liked that it was past the hustle and bustle of main drag Kihei. The upper pool is beautiful, and the view from our balcony amazing. It's a bit dated, the carpet, the bathrooms, the walls, fans, but very functional for a family. Nice to have air in the living room and bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants. Just across the street from the beach.
