The condo was large and well appointed. Just what I needed. I’m not sure if knowing about the nearby roof repairs would have changed my mind about staying there. Thankfully it wasn’t too noisy and only during the midday hours.

Overall

I’ve stayed here almost yearly for over a decade and know the owners and management. Both are easy to work with and accommodating. The unit is well cared for, with newer appliances including a new A/C in 2020. Being there annually, it’s easy to spot the improvements and upgrades. The kitchen literally has everything. There are also numerous games, books, beach things including nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, beach towels and grass mats and toys. Unlike most units, I-111 does not back up to the parking lot, but rather a walkway that only services a few other units and not too close to either pool or the drive, so it’s it’s materially quieter than most. It’s midway between the pools, which for me, is perfect. Trust me when I say you don’t want to be particularly close to either pool. Guests are not particularly thoughtful on vacation.
