Adventurous Beachside Condo with Easy Beach Access

Literally only a few steps to the beach where you can feel the sand between your toes before dipping them into the warm Pacific Ocean. This ground-floor condo is the perfect location for your beach-side Maui getaway.

This one-bedroom condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing it to sleep up to four people. There is a full bathroom just off the bedroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. The kitchen has been remodeled and offers the perfect spot to prepare your favorite meal to enjoy in the unit or out by the ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is an oceanfront property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

This was a good rental experience. Condo was as described, grounds well looked after. From booking to paying deposit, delivery of condo check-in information, all went smoothly. A good central location and just a few minutes from the airport. Condo was clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We would book here again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in Sugar Beach Resort unit 120 for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better rental. The condo was well-equipped by the owners and felt inviting. The view from the living room was of the ocean (and included roosters passing by on the regular), and we were maybe 150 feet from the water. The resort is easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located relative to everywhere we wanted to be. When we return to Maui, we will be looking to stay in this unit again.

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for my husband and myself and being able to walk directly out to the ocean was icing on the cake. The beach itself was a little rocky so we took advantage of the on-site pool, which was also mere steps away. Will definitely come back!

Perfectly appointed condo, literally steps from the beach and the pool! Lovely lenai to enjoy the ocean view. Fully furnished kitchen, as well as a community grill area, if you feel like cooking at home instead of going out. Property is beautifully maintained, with everything you need (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, towels) to enjoy a day at the beach. Easy drive to Kihei, Lahaina or really anywhere on the island. Terrific experience!

A great condo at Sugar Beach...lives up to it's description in every way. The resort complex is very nice - everything is clean and well maintained. The beach is one of the best on the island-not crowded and you can walk, literally, for miles. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this place. It was so much better than expected. They had every extra touch and supplies that were needed. They had beach chairs, coolers, ice maker, extra pillows, towels, beach towels, every kitchen utencil one could ever need, and a priceless view! It was extremely clean, close to everything possible, steps from the beach, and very comfy beds and furniture. It was a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was lovely!!
