Kamaole Sands is located across the street from Kamaole Beach III and is a short walk to many popular shopping and dining options in south Kihei.

The view was spectacular of the ocean, the grounds, the fountains, and the pool. Saw everything from the balcony. Staff was wonderful. The unit was in a great location. The living room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen stocked with accessories, but the silverware was undesirable. The bed was very comfortable but the mattress cover is too large and the sheets/blankets kept shifting all night. The major issue with that unit is the bedroom window had previously been damaged on the bottom section. The owners/maintenance had placed a piece of wood in the window so nothing could access the unit through that large section. The wood piece does not cover the entire damaged/broken area, so you hear everything outside through the window and the wind blows through the uncovered space. Approximately 2 inches x 24 inches open space. That issue should be repaired. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands 3 times now, and we will stay there again. Mahalo

The condo that we occupied for 8 nights in Maui had the most amazing view of both the ocean and the sunrises over the Haleakalā volcano.
If there is one suggestions that I could make for this condo, it would be to provide additional beach and bath towels, as well as beach chairs. Unit is rated for 4 persons and there are only two each of the above available for use.

Kamaole Sands is a nice resort with beautiful grounds and centrally located. We could walk to 3 beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo was adequately furnished and the view was beautiful. Would stay here again.
