Please note the following resort projects that are currently taking place and are scheduled:

The lanai railing project started on the 4th floor on June 1st and is currently 1/2 way completed. They are completing approximately 3 units per day. Access will be through the unit and will begin by removing the old railing. They will prepare the lanai for installation of the new railing (removal of a square of carpet or tile if present ) where each of the three bolt down pads will be attached to the lanai concrete slab with epoxied lag bolts. Lastly, they will bring in, trim, and attach the new railing

The Spalling Project (repair of common area walkways and stairwells) has been scheduled for Oct. 1 - Dec. 10, 2022. The work will be completed one building at a time, one floor at a time. They are not anticipating closing any buildings. However, as a safety precaution, areas being worked on will be closed to ALL foot traffic between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. More information to follow as they get closer to the project start date in October 2022

This condo sleeps up to four people with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom is fully furnished and includes a dresser for your clothes and convenience. The bathroom in the condo has a beautiful walk-in shower and the kitchen has an abundance of counter space for your use.

Cooling feature: Ceiling fans only (No AC) {standing fan in bedroom}

This condo is located in the town of Kahana, just a couple miles north of Ka'anapali. The terrain will change with the seasons, but at times throughout the year, you will be able to swim at the beach next to the property. There is one pool on the property next to the ocean and there are also gas BBQ grills for those nights you wanna dine under the stars. There is a coin laundry facility on the property and there are elevators in the building.

There are also many beaches just a short drive away. You will want to visit Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay, both just a short drive to the North. Shopping and dining options are abundant. The closest supermarket is in Napili, the Napili Market, located just off the highway in the town of Napili. You will also find Times Supermarket at the beginning of Lower Honoapi’ilani Hwy on your way to the Kahana Reef. From Lahaina to Kapalua, you will find shopping and dining options from casual to luxury. There is something for everyone.

Condo 420 needs some updates. The furniture is very old and featured some stains. The appliances are certainly outdated as well. However, the view was gorgeous and had great beach access. Regardless of the condo, I would stay here again.

Fabulous unit! Cannot be beat!

This unit was heaven. The ocean is so close to the balcony that it’s mesmerizing. The huge king bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and a large bedroom closet is so nice for longer stays. We stayed for 4 nights in March and we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely return!
