One of five beaches in Wailea, Ulua beach is small but offers plenty for the eyes to see, underwater. It is a popular spot for snorkeling and scuba diving. The water is so calm in the morning that most scuba instructors bring their beginners to Ulua beach to practice. There is also a small little park that is perfect for picnics. Public restrooms and outdoor showers are available.
