Description

You will not get enough of this ocean-view second-floor condo. The extra window in the living room allows more sunlight to come in and creates a calming atmosphere for you to sit back and take in the views of Maui surrounding you. The updates in the unit add a sense of peace because all is put together so nicely.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath, unit that sleeps up to 4 people with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. Assorted rattan furniture and carpeting in the living room and bedrooms tie in a central tropical theme. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home including adequate appliances, kitchenware, and dishware. This unit offers free WiFi.

Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex, featuring a low rise, low-density, townhome-style condos, set on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific. The gardens and lush landscaping are a true tropical paradise. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests' use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have elevator use for their guests and there will be a flight of stairs if you are in a second-story unit.

Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. Kihei Kalama Village is a shopping center 5 minutes away and has an open-air market and a spot for a favorite Hawaiian treat- Shaved ice. There is also a Foodland (grocery store) a couple of steps down from Kihei Kalama Village. Furthermore, if you need any additional things for your condo throughout the duration of your stay you can venture to Piilani Shopping Center which is about 10 minutes away from the Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and even the food court located in the same mall featuring Subway, and Cold Stone Creamery. Some beaches in the area are Mai Poina Beach Park and Sugar Beach. Additional activities to enjoy are the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Tropical Plantation, or various Upcountry Maui opportunities such as the Lavender Farm, Ocean Vodka, or Zip Lining. We recommend renting a car, but alternative forms of transit include Airport Shuttles, Public buses, taxis, Uber and Lyft.

We LOVED our stay at H212! The condo is equipped with everything you’d need to make a perfect vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach, playing cards on the lanai and making meals at the condo! We also really enjoyed spending time at the pools when we weren’t at the beach. I can’t say enough about how lovely this place is. We were so bummed to leave and would love to go back!

Great stay at the maui kamaole complex h212.
The unit had everything we needed and when there was a problem with the ac, management handled it very timely.
The only thing that weird make it better was if someone would chop down the trees that block the view;)

This complex is only a 5 minute drive from the restaurants and shopping of Kihei, and the beach, park, and boat launch are just across the street. It's a 5 minute walk down a path or street from this unit to reach either the pool or the beach. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to contend with. There are steps down from the parking lot to the landing; then up a flight to the front door; and yet another flight to reach one of the bedrooms. The unit is lovely and comfortable, with multiple lanais, although only one with a view. Equipped with modern appliances, washer dryer, beach chairs & floats. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice condo in a great location in south Kihei. Beautiful property with a view of the ocean and sunsets.
The dishwasher did stop working on the weekend, so a bit of an inconvenience to hand wash, but otherwise things were well-maintained and well stocked. Really enjoyed having the cooler, boogie board and beach chairs.
Only real complaint was that the stairs going up to the loft were kind of sharp and my daughter cut her foot coming down twice, so may want to consider some type of maintenance or softer cover.
Location was great with Kamaole Beach III within walking distance and a short drive to many other beaches.
We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at H212. Check in was simple and clear with easy electronic communications. The unit was clean and fully stocked with anything we would need for our stay. We enjoyed our mornings sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view of the ocean and listening to the birds.

We were very pleased with our accommodation at H212. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our unit was very spacious giving us an opportunity to entertain our extended family. It was also private and very quiet. We will definitely stay there again.
