This remodeled two-bedroom vacation condominium with garden views in Kihei is a great base for discovering the Southside of Maui. This condo has many upgrades throughout including a new Split Air conditioning system to help keep you cool on those warm summer days.

The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms have been remodeled. The kitchen upgrades include a brand-new LG refrigerator and fixtures as well as upgraded cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms both have newly retiled showers- the master bedroom is a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower with a tub. There are wood floors in the common areas and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two adorable nightstands on either side. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living space in this condo has a large L-shaped couch surrounding the flat-screened television and gives you access to your private lanai and sweet views of the well-kept foliage on the grounds of the complex. Aside from the thoughtful furniture and tasteful remodel, this condo also has high-speed internet and HD cable TV with DVR are standard in this condo.

This condominium complex in South Kihei has two pools on property for their guests to use and even has BBQ gas grills so you can enjoy some lunch at the pool or dinner under the stars. The property has lots of beautiful foliage to decorate your Hawaiian vacation. This property also has tennis courts for the days you feel like being more active.

Located near Makena, this condo complex is across beautiful beaches and near local favorites for shopping and dining. Across from the property is Kamaole Beach Park II and Kamaole Beach Parks I and III are located only a short walk to the right or left. After some fun in the sun, find some good eats at Cafe O Lei, Fred's Mexican Cafe, or 808 Deli. If you feel like shopping around and gathering some souvenirs for home, swing by Kihei Kalama Village open-air market where you can find trinkets and attire signature to Maui. Space was really good perfect for the 5 of us. Couple of things would make this place even better would be. Kitchen needs a little upgrade and missing some basic things. Pots , accessories, drying and washing towels. No beach chair, umbrella and cart that all the other suites had that we have stayed in in the complex. Also the other 3 suites we had rented for other family members this was the only one not to have these.

This is our second time staying at Kihei Akahi in a different unit. The unit was nice, clean but with some minor tweaks it could be amazing. There were towels (no beach ones which we were advised of before coming) but the remaining ones were old, mismatched and short a few based on our family of 4. Same thing for the kitchen utensils and supplies. Our friends stayed in another unit there that had all the beach accessories (this had only one beach chair). Although I knew it was necessarily provided, it is the only reason we didn’t give it a 5 and because the wifi was broken and instead of notifying us it would be fixed asap we we had to call to request that it was. The property group was quick to respond to our questions and needs.

We absolutely love the locations it was within walking distance to the ocean‘s and the house was clean. The only downside was the air condition didn’t work and we had to use a fan other than that the place was great

The condo met our expectations. It was clean and quiet. Our suggestion would be to offer recycling for more items than just items that can be returned for money. Hawaii has no plastic bags so the complex’s recycling did not match the state’s environmental efforts.
